Schneider Residence

Fair Oaks, CA

We successfully transformed the existing space by removing the wall to the right, along with the fireplace, to open up the area and enhance the functionality of the kitchen and family room. The original fireplace was replaced with a new sliding window, further modernizing the layout and improving natural light access.

The kitchen now boasts elegant walnut cabinets paired with a sleek porcelain tile backsplash, complemented by durable natural oak flooring. The countertops feature a sophisticated leather-honed quartzite, which includes an electric cooktop and a flush ceiling-mounted hood for a streamlined look. Adding a touch of luxury, the counters are accented with honed gold hardware, perfectly tying together this stylish and practical renovation.
